Join AC-REP and the Adams County Human Services Workforce and Business Center to celebrate Workforce Development in Adams County! September is Workforce Development Month, when we celebrate and spotlight the people, employers, and partners contributing to our region's workforce needs. 

The event will include opportunities to network and connect with community members, learn more about work-based learning programs from a keynote speaker, and celebrate the champions by recognizing the 2025 engagement efforts to support local workers. Attendees will also have the chance to learn more about practical tools and programs across the workforce development spectrum designed to support business needs in our region.

We invite you to celebrate workforce development's impact with fellow employers, community partners, and Adams County elected officials.
